Although our couriers do everything they can to reach these schedules 100% of the time, we cant guarantee that you will receive your goods within the estimated delivery times (with exception of Next Day Delivery when ordered before 10pm).

UK deliveries may be made any time between 8:00am and 9:00pm. Please try to ensure that there is access to the delivery property during this window, however, if you are not at home, our couriers will attempt a delivery to a secure location or leave your parcel with a neighbor.

Please be advised that returns have a cost of £4.99 per returned item that will be deducted from the refunded amount. This is due to cost increase. We are trying to keep this increase minimal for our customers.

Please be advised when sending back an item for exchange you will be required to make a payment of £3.99 for the cost of shipping when we send out your exchange, this can be done via PayPal and our team will contact you to organize the payment once we have received your return.

we hope you are satisfied with all your purchases, but if you need to return an item, you can do so within 10 days from the date your parcel was dispatched.

Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
Items must be unworn and unwashed.
Pierced jewelry cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
Underwear and swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been removed.
Beauty products and accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Shoes must be tried on indoors.
Items must have all tags attached.

All returns postage is paid by the customer.

all orders placed over a bank holiday or weekend will be processed and dispatched on the following working day
once orders have been completed, we are unable to amend any items or cancel orders
